A Family Legacy ADU Project in Simi Valley
We enjoyed working with this father and son who wanted to maximize their property by adding a two bedroom accessory dwelling unit to generate additional rental income.
They were both on a fixed income and were looking for a contractor partner to set up their ADU’s utilities and build it.
They wanted to wrap up the finishes of the project together as a father and son team.
