Our Seamless Process for Creating Your Dream Home
Any remodeling project can be an intrusive and stressful ordeal for your family if not handled properly.
This is why we have developed our 12-step seamless process for your remodeling project to minimize the impact to your family’s daily routine.
Our process is designed to minimize the amount of time our crew is in your home while still getting the job done right.
12 Steps Towards Your Dream Home
Step 1: Contact Us
Call us or complete our contact form and tell us about your project with as much detail as you can. Please include some photos, if possible, so we can get a clear picture of your vision.
Step 2: Phone Consultation
We’ll get back to you to schedule a phone consultation to talk more about your dream project. Then, we’ll schedule an in-home consultation to refine the details of your project. The in-home consultation has a $500 fee, which will be considered as a deposit toward your final payment if you choose to work with us.
Step 3: In-Home Consultation
We’ll come to your home and completely assess the space you want to transform. We’ll take measurements, discuss your budget, timeline, and the materials needed to get your project started.
Step 4: Sign The Contract
When the plan is set, we’ll create and sign a contract. We’ll make sure it includes the exact pricing schedule, work schedule, and other specifics.
Step 5: Design Phase
After the contract is signed, we’ll start designing your space. This is where you’ll have the opportunity to see how your home is going to look before any work starts. If you need to change or add anything, feel free to let us know and we’ll make sure it is exactly what you want. The design work represents a 10% fee of the total estimated project.
Step 6: Pre-Job Walkthrough
Before we get to work, we’ll have a walk-through to inform you about the next steps so that you know what to expect as we move forward.
Step 7: Protect Your Home
Before we start any demolition, construction, or remodeling work, we’ll make sure the home’s structure is safe. We’ll also seal and protect the areas of your home that won’t be in the project’s scope to ensure the dust, dirt, or debris is kept to a minimum while we work on your space.
Step 8: We Get To Work
While we work on your home, our Project Manager will check on the quality of your project’s daily achievements. We’ll keep you updated and informed about everything happening in your home.
Step 9: Professional Cleaning
When our work is complete, we bring in our professional cleaning team. They’ll make sure your home is ready for you to use right away. After they’re done, you won’t even know we were there.
Step 10: Post-Job Walkthrough
Before we leave, we’ll do a final walk-through together to make sure everything looks exactly the way you want.
Step 11: 4-Year Warranty
Enjoy peace of mind with our 4-year labor warranty, and you’ll always have the manufacturer’s warranty available on the premium products that we use. No matter what comes up during this time, reach out to us so that we can see about fixing it free of charge.
Step 12: Follow-Up
We want to make sure that you enjoy your dream home for as long as possible, so we’ll check in with you after 2 weeks and again in 12 months after the project is completed to make sure everything is as it should be and to see if there’s anything more we can help you with.

The company had to remodel a bathroom after extensive plumbing work. Drywall, paint and placing fixtures back in place. Quality work, every thing was perfect. Also had a major repair on my patio overhang. Mostly dry rot and worn runners. They replaced all faulty lumber and completely painted all wood. Fantastic craftsmanship. Each project was completed within my budget and to my satisfaction. Crews very competent, on time, and cleaned up areas each day. Very professional.

Paul and his team are amazing, They made my 460sq foot room addition look like a walk in the park tied the addition into an amazing patio cover, left the job clean at the end of the day.
